What We Will Do For You
If you book us we can provide you with:
- A well-established male voice choir of around sixty singers
- A compere, if required
- Soloists (although we are just as happy to share ‘the stage’ with other performers, particularly youngsters looking for concert experience)
- An electric keyboard (and someone to play it!)
- Portable staging, if required
- A printed programme (by negotiation)
- A full and varied repertoire which comprises – songs from the shows, stage and screen; popular melodies ranging from Elvis to Celine Dion and from the Righteous Brothers to Paul Simon and Frankie Laine; favourite arias and choruses from the world of opera; spirituals and work songs; traditional male voice pieces, such as the great hymns.
We can adapt our programme to suit your occasion.
What We Ask of You
If you book us we would like you to provide:
- A suitable venue for the event
- A room for the Choir to congregate and leave coats, etc
- A small area in which to promote the Choir’s CDs
- Some light refreshments at the interval or at the end, if possible.
- An audience! We enjoy singing before a ‘crowd’, whatever the size of the venue, so please do your best to ‘sell’ the event
The Choir requires an appearance fee but revenue from the event will invariably offset this at the very least.
If you feel it helps, we’ll be pleased to offer you our experience and advice to help you plan the event.
