What We Will Do For You

If you book us we can provide you with:

We can adapt our programme to suit the occasion! We are also happy to offer our experience and advice to help you plan the event.

What We Ask of You

If you book us we would like you to provide:

We require an appearance fee, which helps with the costs of running the choir, but revenue from the event usually offsets the fee leaving a healthy surplus for the organisers. The choir also designates a stipulated number of concerts annually to be Supported Concerts. These are designed as an incentive to encourage good causes to book Carlton and maximise revenue from the event. If your organisation is accepted for a Supported Concert your appearance fee will be returned to you on certain conditions, primarily that you sell an agreed minimum number of tickets. If you wish to use a smaller venue this may be as little as one hundred tickets. The scheme in effect makes your booking a ‘no-fee concert’.

Get in touch with us to find out more about Supported Concerts!
